Front of House Manager – JCT600 Brooklands

The Front of House Manager is one of the most commercially important positions within our Aftersales operation, acting as the vital link between our customers, service teams, and financial objectives. Working with our fantastic luxury brands Aston Martin, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
About the Role
As a Front of House Manager, your day will include:
- Leading the customer-facing Aftersales team to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
- Driving customer retention, commercial revenue, and departmental profitability.
- Setting daily priorities and monitoring team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Managing manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) programmes and ensuring compliance.
- Delivering outstanding customer service that strengthens loyalty and enhances brand perception.
- Working closely with the Head of Aftersales and Workshop Manager to ensure effective workshop loading and seamless communication.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer retention.
- Overseeing customer follow-up activity and resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Protecting and enhancing the reputation of Aston Martin, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars through exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience leading a customer-facing Aftersales or automotive service team.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue, profitability, and customer retention.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Experience managing manufacturer [CSI] programmes and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
- Confidence in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- The ability to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation.
