We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team at Unique Fitness, based at the University of Bradford.
This is a part-time role (19 hours per week, Saturday to Sunday). We invest in our people and offer opportunities for development within a supportive and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the front of house operation, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality customer experience
- Manage and support front of house staff, including rotas, training, and day-to-day supervision
- Deliver consistent, excellent customer service across all customer-facing areas
- Act as first point of escalation for customer queries and complaints
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure all health and safety checks are completed
- Manage bookings, memberships, income reconciliation, and administration systems
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Ensure accurate incident reporting and compliance with procedures
- Deputise for senior operational staff when required

About You
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation organisation to fund training)
- Gym Instructor qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation organisation to fund training)
