Front of House Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Liaise with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals, and responsible business targets are met
  • Have a pleasant and welcoming manner, ready to create an environment embodying lifestyle memorable guest experiences.
  • You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team and guide them to excellence.
  • Be familiar with all operational standards and be available to cover roles during busy periods
  • You inspire others: you lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for outstanding customer service.
  • Manage and develop the team through planning and execution of payroll and rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and performance management.
  • Ensure the department is well organised, tidy, and well-maintained, reporting any hazards, accidents, and/or maintenance issues

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous Front of House Manager or Front Office Manager experience in a hotel
