Department: Nursery Operations

Location: Balham, London Compensation: £30,243 - £40,706 / year

Description

We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality – and we want you to be a part of it!

As a Front of House Manager at N Family, you’ll use your people and organisational skills to go beyond for parents, children, and your team every single day. You’ll support management to keep the nursery running smoothly, manage the kitchen and cleaning teams, and take the lead on rotas, budgets, and procurement. As a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you’ll help us achieve our vision of becoming the most loved early years education group in the UK.

Your key responsibilities

  • Be the face of the nursery, welcoming parents and children every day and being their go-to contact.
  • Make sure our Parent Breakfast Bar is well-stocked and looking great every morning.
  • Stay on top of emails, session changes, and tour bookings to support families.
  • Help new children settle in so they feel safe, happy, and confident.
  • Support the kitchen and cleaning teams to keep things running smoothly.
  • Make sure the nursery is safe, clean, and well-maintained throughout the day.
  • Handle daily operations like schedules, invoices, and supplies so everything runs seamlessly.
  • Monitor occupancy, waiting lists, and notices to keep families informed and up to date.
  • Assist with Family Club events and newsletters to engage parents and foster community.
  • Lead by example in care, safety, and teamwork, supporting your team when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
