Want to play a key role in delivering live events at one of the UK's most iconic entertainment destinations?

At indigo at The O2, no two days are the same. From concerts and comedy to club nights, conferences and special events, as Front of House Manager (Operations), you'll help create great experiences for guests, artists, promoters and clients from planning through to event delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Event Operations

  • Lead the operational planning and delivery of events from initial brief through to post-show reporting.
  • Act as Duty Manager on event days, coordinating teams and contractors to ensure events run safely and smoothly.

Safety & Compliance

  • Create event risk assessments and help manage crowd flow, accessibility and security planning.
  • Support venue compliance, incident management and the delivery of Protect Duty requirements.

Promoters & Customers

  • Build strong relationships with promoters, artists, clients and partners.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, always looking for positive outcomes.

Commercial Performance

  • Help deliver profitable events by managing costs and supporting post-show settlements and reporting.
  • Work with venue partners to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in event operations within a live entertainment, venue, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of event-day operations, venue safety and crowd management.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and contractors in a busy environment.
  • Able to build positive relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Organised, practical and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A valid Personal Licence.
  • IOSH and Level 5 Crowd Management qualifications are welcome but not essential.

Where:

  • You'll be based at the venue in North Greenwich.
  • You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events.
