About the Role
We’re seeking passionate Front of House Nandocas (what we affectionately call our Team Members) to join our team and create unforgettable customer experiences. No prior experience? No problem—just bring your enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and we’ll guide you the rest of the way.
What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Nandoca, your mission is to leave every guest wowed, wanting to return time and time again:
- Make our guests feel valued – Build a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment where customers feel like part of our family.
- Deliver outstanding customer service – Provide a generous welcome and ensure every experience feels personal and homey.
- First-class till service – Handle transactions efficiently while understanding and anticipating customer needs.
- Elevate the food experience – Serve Nando’s signature meals with precision and passion, ensuring guests are fully engaged and amazed by the moment.
- Perfection in delivery – Serve DELICIOUS food and drinks with excellence, making sure every detail meets Nando’s highest standards.
- Commit to safety & compliance – Adhere strictly to fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols at all times.
