About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House (Nandoca) team! This role is all about creating memorable customer experiences that leave guests feeling valued, excited, and eager to return. Whether you’re interested in full-time or part-time opportunities, we welcome you—no prior experience required, just bring us your passion, eagerness to learn, and a big personality.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel part of our Nando’s family, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Provide efficient customer service, understanding and meeting their needs at the till.
- Serve high-quality Nando’s food to PERi-PERi standards, delivering an unforgettable experience.
- Bring food and drink to tables promptly, ensuring guests have everything they need.
- Strictly adhere to fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols.
