About the Role
We’re hiring Front of House Nandocas—also known as our Team Members—to join us! The role focuses on creating unforgettable customer experiences, ensuring guests leave wowed and eager to return.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. No prior experience is required; we just want to see that you’re full of passion, eager to learn, and excited to become part of our family.
What You’ll Do
- Make our guests feel valued and, welcome, fostering a fun and relaxed environment.
- Provide a warm and welcoming introduction that makes customers feel at home.
- Serve customers efficiently and politely at the till, meeting their needs with care.
- Deliver high-standard Nando’s food—ensuring every meal is delicious and memorable to fire up our guests.
- Plate and deliver exceptional food and beverages while ensuring customers have everything they need throughout their visit.
- Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures with diligence.
