Job Description
- Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks made at the front desk.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
- Ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.

Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Prior experience working with OPERA CLOUD system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
