Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Kensington salon.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.
- Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule
- Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
- Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure

Hours: 45 hours per week (including some weekend and evening work)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage
- Availability to work weekends
