Front of House Superstar Wanted – RUSH Hair & Beauty (Putney)
Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty in Putney is looking for a friendly, customer-focused front of house professional to join our stylish team!
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and high-end salon experience.
Hours: 36 hours – 4 days, including weekend work.
The Role
- Greeting clients warmly and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient salon diary
- Handling phone calls, emails, and client enquiries with professionalism and speed
- Supporting salon team with administrative tasks (booking,drop-ins, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and stylish reception area
- Ensuring every client feels valued and well-cared for from arrival to last goodbye

What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role (salon/spa experience a bonus!) ✔ Enthusiasm for beauty, fashion, and luxury service delivery ✔ Strong communication skills—able to interact effortlessly with clients, colleagues, and partners ✔ Multitasking in a fast-paced environment without missing a beat ✔ Highly organised with sharp time management (scheduling, bookings, etc.) ✔ Friendly, professional, and confident—making clients feel pampered is key! ✔ Pc proficient with a plus for experience using bookings/softwares like SalonSteps, Mindbody, etc. ✔ Flexibility to work on weekends
