Front of House Receptionist
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £27,000 + benefits
A premium flexible workspace in London Bridge is looking for a Front of House Receptionist to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help create a vibrant, professional environment for members and visitors.
This is a front-facing, people-focused role—perfect for someone from hospitality, coworking, or customer service who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, high-end space.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of the workspace, combining customer service, events, operations, and community building. You’ll be the face of the brand, ensuring every client and guest has a seamless, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming members and visitors, delivering a first-class front of house experience
- Building strong relationships and creating a sense of community within the space
- Supporting meetings and events from setup through to delivery
- Assisting with viewings and helping convert new business opportunities
- Maintaining high standards across the workspace and reception
- Supporting day-to-day operations, admin, and supplier coordination
- Identifying opportunities to upsell office space, events, and services

- Experience in hospitality, front of house, or customer-facing roles
- A professional, friendly, and confident approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to support events, operations, and general upkeep
