Front Of House Role - Snap Fitness

Front of House (Full Time – 40 Hours) Location: Snap Fitness Spalding Salary: Competitive Rate of Pay Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual with a passion for fitness and exceptional hospitality skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Front of House team member at Snap Fitness Spalding. Role Overview: As a Gym Receptionist / Front of House team member, you will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Manager position. Your role will involve a variety of interactions, both in person and over the phone. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and fostering a supportive gym environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and friendly manner Answer phone calls and provide accurate information on memberships, services, and classes Conduct confident and engaging tours of the facility Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and payment handling Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and reception area Respond to member feedback, inquiries, and concerns professionally Support trainers and team members where required Stay up to date with current promotions, services, and events Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and motivating gym environment Requirements: Previous customer service experience (fitness or hospitality preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, approachable, and professional manner Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solution-focused attitude Basic understanding of gym operations (desirable) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Benefits: Free gym membership Access to multiple sites within the network Team social events throughout the year Performance-based bonus schemes Clear progression pathway, including opportunity to move into an Assistant Manager role If you’re enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about fitness and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
