About the Role
Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, is seeking a customer-focused, enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to oversee operations at Bromsgrove School.
You’ll:
- Collaborate with catering and kitchen teams to ensure exceptional service and food presentation.
- Lead a team in a busy hospitality environment, thriving in high-pressure settings where excellence in customer experience is key.
- Join a workforce specialising in school-based catering, tailoring services to meet the unique needs of children and their institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Guide and motivate the front-of-house team to guarantee premium service.
- Standard Setting: Maintain high food presentation and dining area cleanliness.
- Event Management: Ensure smooth execution of all hospitality events.
- Customer Focus: Proactively manage feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Logistics Support: Assist with ordering, stock control, and record-keeping.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to food safety, allergen, and health & safety protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people skills, with a positive and approachable manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organised, with strong task prioritisation skills for fast-paced environments.
- Food safety and allergen management knowledge.
- A passionate commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for the role).
