Front of House Supervisor - Permanent (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour + bonus (up to £1.25/hour) Salary Equivalent: £33,930 p/a (based on 45-hour week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and proactive Front of House Supervisor to join atis, a rapidly growing company where exceptional guest experiences and team performance define success.

At atis, we’re passionate about healthy, fresh food prepared daily in-house. But we believe experience matters as much as the product. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to inspire a team to deliver an upbeat, positive hospitality experience.

This is a role for those who take real ownership—of their team, their shifts, and setting higher standards for everyone they work with.

Work at atis means being part of a team that values growth, kindness, and clear progression. We offer a supportive culture along with competitive benefits and perks.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Lead and motivate your team through high-volume service, maintaining calm, decisive, and positive energy during peak times.
  • Coach and develop team members in real-time, identifying gaps, giving constructive feedback, and nurturing skill growth.
  • Take full accountability for shift performance, including:
    • Guest experience delivery.
    • Operational efficiency.
    • Food safety, hygiene, and atis standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and on-shift challenges with composure, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with your team and management.
  • Serve as the trusted mentor and go-to person for your team, leading by example in every task.
  • Support the management team with:
    • Stock taking and control.
    • Stock ordering and inventory management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
