Front of House Supervisor - LONDRA
£15 per hour + Paid Overtime, Meals on Duty & Benefits
Full-time (40hrs) – Immediate start
Soho, London
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, meaning you must be the first to step behind the counter to make sandwiches or help out in the kitchen.
- To ensure that All’Antico Vinaio brand standards are adhered to in all areas of the restaurant’s operation.
- To make every customer and supplier feel welcome and fully engaged with the All’Antico Vinaio experience.
- To be a point of reference for crew members regarding conduct during the shift, and to demonstrate positivity and initiative.
- To communicate effectively with the restaurant team, and to motivate them by maintaining a healthy and enjoyable work environment.
