Front of House (FOH) Supervisor

This is a Front of House (FOH) Supervisor role within the Support Team, providing cover across corporate sites throughout Zones 1–3. The successful candidate will have proven experience in hospitality supervision, along with strong barista skills.

Role Requirements

The role requires flexibility, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities are also available.

This is a zero-hours contract position. Following successful completion of a 3-month probation period, work-related travel expenses of up to £9.60 will be covered by the company.

You have the ability to listen carefully and take instructions, and communicate confidently while you work to an organised plan following procedures and displaying good practice at all times. And you’ll be sure to liaise with customers to ensure their needs have been met.

Ideally you will already hold Food Safety at Level 2 and Health & Safety at Level 2 certificates. No other formal qualifications are required, but you’ll be expected to read our company manuals to obtain a thorough understanding and knowledge of our products and services.
