Front of House Team Leader

**Front Office Supervisor – Thistle Marble Arch

Location: London (Oxford Street / Covent Garden) Contract: Full Time Payment Structure: Hourly Salary: £14.66 per hour + commission

About the Role

As a Front Office Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations at the front desk, overseeing Check-in, Check-Out, and ensuring exceptional guest service. While familiarity with Opera Property Management Software (PMS) is advantageous, your passion for hospitality and commitment to personalised guest care will make the biggest impact.

You’ll thrill in fast-paced environments, anticipating needs before they arise, and resolving guest queries with calm efficiency. As a Natural leader, you’ll mentor your team, foster a supportive workplace, and elevate service standards through your approachable energy and collaborative approach.


Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest Check-in/Check-Out
  • Guiding team members with knowledge-sharing, coaching, and leadership to enhance service quality
  • Navigating guest enquiries proactively and resolving issues with speed and empathy
  • Creating welcoming, memorable guest experiences that go beyond expectations
  • Leading by example in a team-first culture, fostering inclusivity and motivation
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive operational excellence
