Front of House Supervisor – The Pig, Bath

We’re looking for a dedicated front of house supervisor to join our team and lead shifts while delivering amazing bar and waiting hospitality to our guests.

The Venue: The Pig

An iconic pub in the heart of Bath, recently refurbished and relaunched with stunning new interiors, a full-day food offer, and live sport coverage. Enjoy:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium bar, waiting, and customer service experiences tailored to our premium customers
  • Lead a shift, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and team collaboration
  • Support our management team with staff supervision, training, and shift handover
  • Empower teams to deliver exceptional hospitality within an inclusive and positive culture
  • Drive a strong guest experience, ensuring the Pig’s reputation for quality remains unmatched
