Qualifications and Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences every time. Every visit should leave a lasting impression.
- Deputising for management, resolving any operational issues that arise in their absence.
- Coordinating the team during busy shifts to ensure seamless operations and punctual service.
- Maintaining the safety, legality, and cleanliness of the bar, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
