Team Leader – Chef & Brewer

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll maintain high standards and prioritise customer satisfaction, guaranteeing every visit is memorable.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences every time. Every visit should leave a lasting impression.
  • Deputising for management, resolving any operational issues that arise in their absence.
  • Coordinating the team during busy shifts to ensure seamless operations and punctual service.
  • Maintaining the safety, legality, and cleanliness of the bar, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
