We are looking for an experienced and driven Front of House Supervisor to join atis - someone who doesn’t just keep things running, but raises the standard for everyone around them. This is a role for people who take real ownership of their shift, their team, and the guest experience.
We are a rapidly growing company with plenty of opportunities for brilliant people to develop and progress into management.
atis is embodied by our powerful, healthy food. We prepare our products fresh in house, everyday, but we aren’t just product obsessed - we believe the experience has to be as vibrant as the food. So if you share a passion for delivering upbeat, positive and memorable experiences, and have the leadership skills to inspire a team to do the same, we want to hear from you!
We’re looking for people who want to grow with atis and take on real responsibility. We offer an amazing work culture of kindness and support, with great benefits and perks!
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating your team through high-volume service - staying calm, decisive and positive when it counts.
- Coaching team members in the moment; spotting gaps, giving feedback, and actively developing people’s skills.
- Taking full accountability for the shift - standards, pace, guest experience, and operational performance.
- Handling customer feedback and on-shift challenges with composure and good judgement.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with both your team and with management.
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and atis standards are upheld at all times.
- Being the go-to person your team can rely on - leading by example in everything you do.
- Supporting the management team with stock taking, stock control and the ordering of stock.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
