Why This Role Is Special
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of our restaurant. You’ll play a key role in making every guest feel valued and ensuring they have an outstanding dining experience. Whether it’s greeting customers, taking orders, or serving delicious food, your friendly personality and attention to detail will set the tone for a great meal.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat: Welcome every guest with a smile, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
- Take Orders: Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions with a positive attitude.
- Serve with a Smile: Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring everything is perfect for the guest.
- Customer Care: Handle any special requests or concerns with professionalism and a can-do spirit.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy and organised front-of-house area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure seamless service from start to finish.
