The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel and is a perfect base for business, leisure, and family trips to London. The hotel has 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms that can accommodate up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences, and celebrations. The Novotel London Greenwich bar is an atmospheric space to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, a cocktail, or soft drink at any time of day.

Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience while ensuring guest accounts are kept accurate and up to date.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously, always aiming to deliver excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Follow all security and confidentiality procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of guests at all times.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional information regarding guest bookings, payments, and billing during arrival and departure.
- Respond positively and efficiently to guest and colleague enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when needed.
- Promote hotel services and room options in a friendly and confident manner to help maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
- Friendly, approachable, with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Essential to be flexible with working hours.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK.
