Front of House Team Member | Part Time

At Wagamama

We’re a fast-paced, energy-filled team where food is life.

Our restaurant vibes are all about real conversations, warm welcomes, and effortless camaraderie—no awkward service, just great food and great banter. From those first welcoming words to ensuring every bowl finds its way to the guests, you’ll help us create that electric atmosphere.

The Role

Front of House Team Member – As part of this hands-on, fast-paced team, you’ll be the glue that ensures every shift runs smoothly, striking just the right balance between elegance and energy.

You’ll:

  • Warmly greet every guest and set the tone for their experience.
  • Enthusiastically bring the menu to life, making thoughtful food recommendations with passion.
  • Keep the table turnover flowing seamlessly – from booking tables in with the kitchen to clearing bowls and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Create a dynamic and inclusive environment that guests love coming back to.

This isn’t just a job—it’s for those who truly live and breathe great food and enjoy being right in the middle of the action.

Who We’re Looking For

✦ You believe in treating every guest like family, making sure everyone feels welcomed and valued.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

✦ You have a natural passion for food and love discussing your favourite dishes, giving genuine and honest recommendations.

✦ You thrive in a fast-paced, social environment rather than wanting to hide in the back.

✦ Busy shifts? You’re the one staying calm, alert and one step ahead—prioritising smoothly over chaos.

✦ You notice the little details that matter (e.g., did they ask how things were made? or where their favourite dish originated?) and don’t miss a trick.

✦ You bring positive energy and love being part of a tightly knit team that pushes each other to glow.

Does this sound like you? We’d love to hear from you.
