We are looking for Bar & Waiting staff to join the family.
Fronting both Liberation Square and Weighbridge Place in the heart of historic St Helier, The Square is a chic, industrial-styled space offering eating, drinking, and live entertainment all under one roof.
On the menu, you’ll find fresh seafood, delicious steaks, and succulent barbecue, with each of our dishes created from the finest ingredients, locally-sourced wherever possible.

Our sweeping copper bar houses one of the largest selections of drinks available in St Helier, with a great range of spirits, plenty of draught & bottled beers including our award-winning range of Liberation Ales, an expansive champagne & wine list with most available by the glass, and an extensive cocktail menu.
You will be:
- Friendly! OK, it sounds obvious but you will be naturally welcoming and make our customers experience something to raise their spirits!
- Organized. It can be busy on shift and we want someone with great attention to detail.
- Passionate. About the food we serve, the drinks we pour, and everything you do will be from the heart.
- Willing to learn. We are constantly improving our service, food, and drinks, and want you to be ready to learn and make us the talk of the town.
