About the Role

Making the first impression count is central to our mission. As a Front of House Team Member at Nuffield Health, you will be essential in greeting members and visitors, providing outstanding customer care, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.

We’re looking for someone who is: ✅ Confident and empathetic ✅ A strong communicator (both in person and over the phone) ✅ Flexible, motivated, and proactive with initiative ✅ Basic computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel) ✅ Are prepared to undergo site-specific training


Responsibilities

As a member of our Front of House team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional, efficient customer service to all visitors and members
  • Manage reception operations with attention to detail, ensuring smooth, friendly interactions
  • Foster a relaxing, welcoming, and professional environment
  • Offer a warm welcome, answering queries with care and making visitors feel valued
  • Cover lifeguard breaks, demonstrating strong swimming ability (training provided on-site)

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (e.g. proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with confidence and initiative
  • Willing participation in training and development (including lifeguard duties when applicable)
