Front of House Team Member

Location: Surbiton Fitness and Wellbeing Club Pay: Bank £13.10 per hour

As a Front of House Team Member at our gym, you’ll provide exceptional customer care to help greet members and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Your role is pivotal in creating a friendly, professional environment while assisting with reception and café operations.

What’s Expected of You

You’reself-driven, empathetic, and confident in both face-to-face and telephone communication. This role is ideal if you:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, answering queries with care and professionalism
  • Manage our reception and café areas efficiently, ensuring smooth operations
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, handling queries, bookings, and customer enquiries with ease
  • Assist the café team in preparing and serving healthy food and beverages
  • Support our member engagements by promoting a welcoming, supportive atmosphere
  • Have basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Have the ability to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo suitable training to cover lifeguard shifts
