Ready to Create Unforgettable Experiences in the Heart of London?

Sea Lanes Canary Wharf is where urban energy meets world-class aquatic experience and our Front of House Team Members are at the beating heart of it all. We’re looking for exceptional, guest-obsessed people who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and want to be part of something genuinely exciting.

Unlike our other venues, Canary Wharf has its own fully operating bar – which means you’ll be doing more than serving food and drinks. You’ll be crafting cocktails, making drink recommendations, and delivering a bar experience that matches the ambition of everything else we do. Whether you’re behind the bar, on the floor, or running the pass, you’ll be making every guest’s visit genuinely memorable.

This is your chance to join a team that’s OPEN. BRAVE. DIRECT. – where your personality, passion, and energy make a real difference every single day.

What Makes Your Day Amazing:

Every shift brings new energy and opportunities to deliver exceptional service as you:

  • Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences

    • Welcome and greet every guest with warmth, energy, and a genuine smile
    • Guide guests through our full food, drink, and venue offering – making confident recommendations
    • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every preference and dietary requirement is noted
    • Serve food and drinks to the highest standards – presentation and timing always matter
    • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
    • Handle queries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and care
    • Have an eye for opportunity to surprise and delight guests in positive, memorable ways
  • Work the Bar Like a Pro

    • Craft delicious cocktails and drinks to Sea Lanes standards with skill and flair
    • Confidently provide drink knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
    • Take bar orders, deliver drinks, and check in with guests throughout their visit
    • Carry out ID checks diligently and comply with all legal requirements relating to the service of alcohol
    • Support Bar Backs as and when required to keep service flowing
    • Ensure all bar stock and glassware are replenished and available at all times
    • Coach and encourage junior team members to grow their skills and confidence behind the bar
    • Process bar transactions accurately and be accountable for all transactions handled

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
