Front of House Team Member – UK Airport Food & Beverage
About the Role
We are a family-run UK business operating food and beverage outlets at UK airports, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for committed, enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team.
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be a reliable, hardworking, and passionate team player, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly-paid role, with shifts potentially including early starts (e.g., 4 a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., after the last flight). No split or double shifts are required.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the back-of-house team to provide first-class table service, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and sales promotion.
Key Duties:
- Serving customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, attending to any requests or concerns
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage products available
- Ensuring a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Assisting with controlling portions, adhering to hygiene standards, and sustaining service pace

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Have:
- A good level of general education, including English and Maths
- A willingness to learn around health and safety and food hygiene standards
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
- A friendly, approachable personality and a strong customer focus
Please Note
Before starting, all successful candidates will be required to:
- Provide proof of their right to work in the UK
- Obtain an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will assist with. This requires:
- A valid passport
- A criminal record clearance
- Five years’ personal and employment references
