Front of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member – UK Airport Food & Beverage

About the Role

We are a family-run UK business operating food and beverage outlets at UK airports, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for committed, enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team.

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be a reliable, hardworking, and passionate team player, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly-paid role, with shifts potentially including early starts (e.g., 4 a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., after the last flight). No split or double shifts are required.


The Role

You’ll work closely with the back-of-house team to provide first-class table service, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and sales promotion.

Key Duties:

  • Serving customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, attending to any requests or concerns
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage products available
  • Ensuring a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Assisting with controlling portions, adhering to hygiene standards, and sustaining service pace

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Have:

  • A good level of general education, including English and Maths
  • A willingness to learn around health and safety and food hygiene standards
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
  • A friendly, approachable personality and a strong customer focus

Please Note

Before starting, all successful candidates will be required to:

  • Provide proof of their right to work in the UK
  • Obtain an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will assist with. This requires:
    • A valid passport
    • A criminal record clearance
    • Five years’ personal and employment references
