About The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will work full-time as part of our reception team across either of our two St Andrews student accommodation properties, SPACE Student Accommodation and East Sands Student Accommodation.

This is a permanent role where you will be at the heart of the resident experience, acting as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, contractors and visitors. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and supportive environment while delivering the high standards of service expected across our properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with day-to-day queries
  • Managing reception activities
  • Overseeing the receipt and logging of parcels
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Supporting student sales and bookings
  • Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks
  • Providing support when unexpected or emergency situations arise, always prioritising the safety, wellbeing and experience of our residents

Previous experience in hospitality, reception, student accommodation or another customer-facing role is desirable.
