The Role
As a Front of House Team Member at Carluccio’s, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Greet and Seat: Welcome guests with a warm smile, manage reservations, and ensure every guest is comfortably seated and ready to enjoy their meal.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure that every dish is served with a touch of Italian hospitality.
- Create Memorable Experiences: Engage with guests to make their visit special, whether they’re regulars or first-time visitors.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
- Handle Payments: Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless end to every guest's meal.
- Maintain Ambiance: Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and set up for success, creating a welcoming environment for all.
