What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be right at the heart of a fast‑paced, high‑volume operation, welcoming customers, keeping service moving, and helping deliver quick, accurate orders during busy periods. You’ll work across different areas to support speed of service, great standards, and positive customer moments, working closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly.

- Welcoming customers and helping move them quickly and confidently through the service journey
- Supporting fast, efficient ordering and answering menu questions when needed
- Keeping Front of House areas clean, organised, and ready for continuous service
- Working flexibly across stations during peak periods to maintain speed and flow
- Assisting with food preparation, packaging, and stock tasks to support quick turnaround
