Front of House UK - Team Member
Front of House Team Member – Up to £12.71 per Hour + Tronc & Benefits

About the Role
As part of the Front of House team at Zizzi, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every customer has a Great Time. Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers at the door
- Crafting cocktails on the bar
- Delivering visually perfect dishes with care
- Guiding guests through their dining experience
- Sharing your passion for the menu and recommending favourites
- Ensuring each visit feels friendly and personal
You’ll work closely with both front of house and back of house teams to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the entire restaurant team (front and back of house) to keep operations running smoothly
- Mastering the menu and sharing your passion for Zizzi’s dishes with customers
- Ensuring customers experience Great Times through unmatched service
- Maintaining Looking Fabulous standards in the restaurant—meeting policies and operational targets
- Ensuring every guest leaves feeling delighted and encouraged to return
