Front of House Team Member

£12.71 per hour + tronc and benefits

As a member of the Front of House team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Whether greeting guests at the door, crafting cocktails on the bar, delivering stunning dishes to tables, or guiding customers through their dining journey—you’ll have the chance to share your love of food and craft unforgettable moments for every visitor.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Deliver great customer service by embodying our Zizzi Values (Growth, Individuality, Drive, Togetherness, Fun)
  • Support the team to ensure smooth operations, both in front and back of house
  • Know the menu inside out and share your passion for food with customers
  • Maintain restaurant standards to make sure we’re Looking Fabulous (from table settings to presentation)
  • Work together to ensure every customer has a Great Time
