The Opportunity
As the Front of House (FoH), you will be the first point of contact for everyone who enters Lola Cars, setting the tone for our guests, partners, and team. The role is essential in creating a welcoming environment, embodying the company’s brand, values, and high operational standards.
As Front of House, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including VIP guests, partners, suppliers, and team. This role requires close coordination with the operations and logistics departments to support day-to-day activities, facilitating smooth communication across departments.
Acting as a central point of contact to relay information and feedback between visitors and internal teams, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all communications.
Role Responsibilities
Reception and Visitor Management
- Greet and sign in all visitors, contractors, and VIPs
- Consistently deliver a polished guest experience, anticipating the needs of visitors, VIPs, and colleagues to ensure Lola’s values are reflected in every interaction
- Manage visitor and staff passes
- Maintain a welcoming reception area
- Support the onboarding of new staff and be an approachable source of information and guidance
- Uphold strict standards of confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with high-value customers, VIPs, and all visitors, ensuring their experience reflects the values of Lola Cars
Access and Security Coordination
- Oversee the issuing and return of security passes and access cards to visitors
- Support the visitor protocols and check-in procedures
- Ensure all visitor logs, records, and details are following GDPR

Logistics Support
- Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and internal communications to support site operations
- Monitor delivery logs and notify relevant staff
General Administration
- Schedule and book meeting rooms, ensure the rooms are presentable
- Obtain responsibility for all public-facing facilities, ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Support hospitality preparation for guests
- Participate in inventory management, including first aid kits, office supplies, and consumables; supporting a safe and efficient workplace
- Monitor general email inboxes and respond or forward as appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date noticeboards
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support wider business needs as they arise, including assisting with in-house events and activities beyond front of house duties
- Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by supporting health and safety protocols, promoting best practices across the site
Skills Required
- Demonstrates absolute discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information and engaging with high-profile individuals
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt and support broader business requirements including the facilitation of in-house events
- Willing and able to work flexibly, including out-of-hours support when business needs require
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Polite, personable, and client-focused
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office and email management)
- Robust problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a front-of-house reception or customer-facing role
- Experience in a high-performance or high-profile environment preferred (i.e., hospitality, corporate, or motorsport)
- Knowledge of GDPR and security best practices desirable
- Experience with logistics and administrative coordination
Role, Location & Hours
The Front of House role is central to sustaining Lola Cars’ high standards of professionalism and operational excellence. You will be the company’s ambassador, ensuring that all guests, partners, and team members receive an outstanding first impression and seamless support.
The role will be based in Silverstone at the Lola Facility with flexibility for a hybrid role. We welcome applications from those who can commit to full-time and part-time hours.
