Front of House/Hospitality Assistant

Location: Hinxton Hall Conference Centre

Salary: £13.10 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days

About the Role

As a Front of House/Hospitality Assistant at Hinxton Hall, you will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Restaurant Associates Venues on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll join a team that takes real pride in what they do - pride in our food, pride in our brand, but most of all pride in our people. You will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires you to be responsible for a variety of tasks, including basic food production & preparation, customer service, and supporting the overall catering operations while ensuring compliance with all Health and Food Safety regulations. Supporting the delivery of the excellent front of house operation standards onsite is expected whereby you will be welcoming guests, serving food & drinks, operating the till system, serving coffees and cocktails, and supporting with evening events are also expected.

Shifts

Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends. Due to the location of Hinxton Hall, it is essential that you are able to get to and from site without relying on public transport.
