Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Host/Hostess, you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences with a focus on:
- Assisting guests during their stay to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process
- Creating meaningful connections and delivering memorable experiences
- Acting as a collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused mind-set
- Maximising revenue opportunities through effective upselling

You will be required to work:
- 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven
- On a shift-based rotas (varied weekly basis)
About You – Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an individual who is truly passionate about providing best-in-class customer service. You should thrive in the following environment:
- Strong background (or motivation) in a hospitality or guest-service setting
- Good knowledge of hotel systems, including Opera and Reserve
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- An organised, adaptable, and people-oriented professional
- Ability to handle diverse and challenging guest interactions with composure
