Front Office Manager – Hilton Garden Inn Bristol
About the Role
We are seeking a Front Office Manager with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The role involves leading with vision and commercial expertise to maintain and elevate hotel standards. You’ll need to be innovative and decisive, able to respond effectively to a variety of guest and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor guest satisfaction and set clear departmental targets and objectives
- Oversee the front office team, fostering a high-performing environment across the division
- Merge proactive leadership with adaptability, as our hotel operates 24/7 (7 days a week, 365 days a year)
- Tackle a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with flexible working accommodateable
- Uphold and promote Hilton’s brand standards through team development
Requirements
- Experience as a Front Office Manager or a role with similar responsibilities
- Strong understanding of guest service excellence and operational efficiency
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining sensitivity to employee needs
- Open to shift work, including weekend and late-night duties
