Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office operation and deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager, you'll lead and develop the Front Office team, ensuring outstanding guest service, operational excellence and strong commercial performance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading, coaching and developing the Front Office team.
- Delivering exceptional guest service and handling guest feedback and escalations.
- Driving upselling opportunities and supporting revenue management initiatives.
- Managing departmental rotas, payroll, budgets and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with Accor Brand Standards, policies and audit requirements.
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, Finance and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless operations.
- Supporting Duty Management shifts and acting as Manager on Duty when required.
- Monitoring KPIs, occupancy, guest satisfaction and departmental performance to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or Duty Manager within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Opera Cloud or Opera PMS (preferred).
- Good commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue management principles.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A flexible approach to working early, late and weekend shifts.
- Fluent English with the right to work in the UK.
