Your role will centre on guest experience excellence and maintaining the high standards of service our brand demands:

Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily guest service operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Manage and train front desk/guest service staff to uphold top-tier customer service standards.
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Guest Relations & Issue Resolution:
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally with a person-centred approach.
- Resolve conflicts promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Monitor feedback to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Facility & Safety Management:
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations across all guest-facing areas.

Administrative & Collaborative Duties:
- Keep detailed records of guest interactions, transactions, and staff performance.
- Assist with inventory control and supplier ordering where necessary.
- Collaborate with departments (housekeeping, F&B, operations) to fulfil guest requests seamlessly.
Safety, Compliance & Professionalism
To maintain Marriott’s reputation for excellence and safety, all staff must adhere to:
- Strict company policies and security protocols.
- Reporting obligations (maintenance needs, incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions).
- Completion of mandatory safety training and certifications.
- A professional appearance (uniform compliance, hygiene standards).
- Confidentiality of proprietary information and guest data.
- Clear, respectful communication with colleagues and guests.
- Teamwork & inclusion – fostering positive relationships to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience and attributes are highly encouraged to apply:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations (related roles in retail, events, or administration also considered).
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to manage diverse guests with empathy and professionalism.
- Organisational expertise – experience balancing tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning – openness to training and internal growth opportunities.
