As a Front Office Manager at Bvlgari Hotel London, you will provide operational management support throughout the hotel while ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional guest relations and ensuring the team delivers experiences beyond our guests' expectations. You will manage the day-to-day aspects of Front Office, including monitoring efficiency levels at the Front Desk, overseeing the operation of all Front Of House departments, maximizing revenue opportunities, and interacting with guests.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- A passion for exceptional guest service and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with an international clientele.
- Calm, confident decision-making under pressure.
- Ambitious and tenacious, with a proven track record in a similar role ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships by demonstrating an authentic interest in people.
- Impeccably presented individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Front Office team, including Reception, Concierge, Butler, and Night Management.
- Deliver seamless, personalized guest journeys from pre-arrival through departure.
- Drive service excellence in line with LQA standards and brand expectations.
- Manage daily operations, staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental budgets.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, turning challenges into memorable recoveries.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Spa to ensure flawless interdepartmental coordination.
- Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction scores, upselling performance, and operational efficiency.
