What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of relevant front office experience in a lifestyle or luxury hotel, ideally with managerial or supervisory experience
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Adaptability and the ability to respond swiftly to feedback, guest needs, and operational demands

What We’d Like You to Do

You’ll take the lead in:

  • Daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest interaction with all departments
  • Guest feedback analysis: review satisfaction surveys and third-party platforms, handle disputes, and craft action plans for consistent improvement
  • Payment processing verification for checks-in/reservations, adhering to Wilde’s policies across payment methods
  • Proactive issue-solving to uphold high guest satisfaction and safety standards
  • Health & Safety leadership during shifts and team management
  • Alignment with sustainability goals, implementing environmental and social responsible practices (e.g., Green Key)
  • Ultimate Brand Ambassadorship: embody the Wilde ethos, representing the brand with energy, flair and consistency, adhering strictly to even your SOPS and standards
  • Ongoing excellence demands—setting ambitious targets, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative culture
  • One-on-one Guest Focus: personalise their experience to build lasting loyalty
  • Empathy and respect for all team members, embedding core values in your leadership approach
  • Community engagement: participation in local charity events and initiatives
