Company Description

Salary: 13.95/hour

Required: applicants with current right to work in the UK.

Job Description

As our next Night Receptionist, you…

  • Are the ‘face of Novotel Edinburgh Centre, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
  • Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
  • Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
  • Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
  • Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
  • Ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
  • Handling all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Document accurately all internal and guest messages.
  • Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer Service
