Front Office Porter/Driver

About the Role

Would you like to join an extraordinary gathering of people on an amazing Estate which centres around a beautiful hotel? Heckfield is a living place: a Georgian family home lovingly restored to its classic origins and rewoven into 400-acres of Hampshire. Elegantly evolving, resolutely natural, we’re a beautiful piece of English history that redefines the idea of a hotel.

We are now looking for a Hotel Porter/Driver to join our friendly Front Office team.

Requirements

For you to be able to drive our guest cars, our insurance policy requires drivers to be at least 25 years old. If this requirement is not met, we are unable to move forward with your application right now. You will need a full clean UK licence to apply for this role. We truly appreciate your understanding

Our Front Office Porter/Driver are amongst the first to greet our guests so strong customer service skills are a must.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
