Receptionist & Office Administrator
Location: Edinburgh (office-based, 5 days per week)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join our team as Receptionist & Office Administrators. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, career-driven people with 1–2 years’ experience who are ready to take the next step in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Receptionist & Office Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors — ensuring a welcoming, professional experience while keeping the office running smoothly day to day. You’ll play a central role in supporting operations, managing schedules, and providing essential administrative support.

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Welcome visitors and assist colleagues with office-related queries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and office spaces — managing bookings, set-ups, and refreshments.
- Support travel arrangements, including diary management, transport bookings, and logistics.
- Maintain office organisation, supplies, and equipment to ensure everything is available and working.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management for maintenance and repairs.
- Provide administrative support across documents, invoices, purchase orders, and events.
- Assist with onboarding and leavers — preparing passes, equipment, and asset returns.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture where resilience and initiative are valued.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling calls and enquiries.
- High standards of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Resilience and adaptability in a busy environment.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Previous office or administrative experience (1–2 years) preferred.
