Six Senses seeks a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to embody our compassionate values—local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky, and pioneering wellness. About the Role
You’ll champion Six Senses’ vision: to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world. This role safeguards our core values and ensures full engagement with brand initiatives, ensuring a seamless, personalised luxury experience for every guest.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Guest Welcoming & Check-In: Efficiently greet guests upon arrival, oversee check-in/registration, and gather feedback to enhance experience.
- Billing & Financial Now: Process bills, reconcile daily cash handled (balancing assigned fiduciary coffers), exchange foreign currency, and reconcile all transactions at shift end.
- Guest Experience: Prepare advance amenities (welcome letters, towels, bottles) and ensure adherence to guest history files for tailored stays. Address dietary restrictions and allergies with proactivity.
- Guest-Centric Coordination:
- Liaise with Housekeeping to uphold personalised room preferences and cleaning schedules.
- Collaborate with Engineering for swift resolution of room maintenance issues.
- Knowledge & Compliance: Proficiency in all hotel offerings (rates, layouts), credit policies, and reservation systems, with strict LQA [Local Quality Assurance] standards compliance.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in luxury hospitality, preferably in Front Office roles.
- Preference for higher education in hospitality, but exceptional candidates without degrees considered if experience aligns.
- Deep familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
- Strong knowledge of guest management tools, surrounding areas, and local tourism.
- Business fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
