Key Responsibilities

As Front Office Team Leader, your core responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating expertise in all aspects of Front Office operations within a hotel setting
  • Ensuring superior guest satisfaction by resolving queries, addressing issues, and exceeding expectations
  • Leading by example: Mentor, motivate, train, and uplift the entire Front Office team through your actions and guidance
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office and having extensive knowledge of Opera OPS (Prop necessitates Operator focus)
  • Maintaining composure in high-pressure situations, resolving challenges with professionalism and a calm demeanour
  • Managing complex tasks independently with exceptional judgment and ownership integrity
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor, or Receptionist in a hotel environment is mandatory
