About the Role
This pivotal leadership position sits at the core of delivering bespoke Front Office excellence, where art meets hospitality. As the art’otel Team Leader, your vision will shape extraordinary guest experiences while fostering a dynamic, creative, and supportive frontline team.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer hospitality innovation through meticulous operational control, ensuring seamless front desk efficiency across reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications.
- Nurture peak performance by mentoring, training, coaching, and motivating the front office team—setting high standards by leading with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.
- Resolve challenges with professionalism, graceful diplomacy, and an innovative spirit, demonstrating exceptional guest service recovery under pressure.
- Optimise operational flow with technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Opera PMS, utilising systems to monitor productivity, process bookings, and support revenue strategies.
- Cultivate an artistic, engaging culture in line with art’otel’s ethos—inspiring guests through creative storytelling, cultural immersion, and bespoke in-room experiences.
- Aligned with corporate goals, drive departmental growth through upskilling initiatives and continuous service improvements tailored to millennial and luxury hotel trends.
- Collaborate closely with departmental managers (FM, Housekeeping, F&B) to refine seamless guest journeys—from tailored room amenities to nearby)!r events and cultural offerings.

Requirements
Applicants must:
- At least two years of recent Front Office leadership experience in an upscale hotel; strong preference given to those with supervisory roles as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Night Manager.
- Impeccable customer service with a portfolio of resolved guest recovery incidents demonstrated.
- Operational agility covering back-end front office duties (reservations, pricing strategies, compliance, property accounting).
- Leadership flair—proven ability to develop team spirit, empower flexibility, and maintain consistency across housing hours. The unspecified.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, Excel, and various industry apps (TipConnect, CIOS) vital—with training supports available.
- A visionary flair for translating a hotel’s artistic mission into memorable daily interactions—_unlocking emotional connections through creativity.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, bilingual an asset.
