An exciting opportunity has opened up at Holiday Inn London – Camden Lock as we prepare to become voco London Camden Lock!
Calling all Receptionists / Front Desk Agents / Switchboard Operators and Hospitality Assistants. We are a cosy hotel based in the heart of Camden Town. The hotel is small enough for you to get noticed, yet big enough to gain great experience.
As a Front Office Team Member you will be responsible for:

- Wowing guests with a smooth-running check-in and check-outs

- Coordinating with other departments, such as Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance

What We Expect From You In Return
- To be flexible and adaptable to different working conditions and hours. Your hours of work may include working mornings, afternoons & evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality
- Love for hotels and hospitality
- Customer service experience
- Previous Front Office experience and knowledge of OPERA PMS is an advantage
