Looking for the perfect candidate to be the welcoming face that delivering unforgettable stays from the first glance to their final departure?

The Role: Front Office Team Member

You will be instrumental in creating exceptional guest experiences by:

  • Preparing all necessary guest information ahead of check-in and departure
  • Maximising sales opportunities throughout their stay
  • Providing knowledgeable advice on hotel experiences

As a supportive team member, you’ll grow your customer service skills, while ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Front Office Area.

# Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Operational Support

    • Maintain high operational standards in the Front Office and resolve daily issues promptly.
    • Seek guidance from senior managers when needed.
  • System Maintenance

    • Use and maintain Front Office systems and equipment effectively for a seamless experience.
  • Guest Interaction

    • Ensure a visible and welcoming presence to inform and care for guests throughout their stay.
  • Safety Compliance

    • Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
  • Emergency Response

    • Follow procedures for fire safety, first aid, and guest welfare in emergencies.
  • Incident Reporting & Escalation

    • Complete incident reports and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Revenue Growth

    • Maximise sales opportunities and promote hotel experiences effectively.
  • Collaboration

    • Work with internal teams to support event/function requirements related to the guest journey.

# Requirements

Preferred experience and skills include:

  • An understanding of front-of-house operations, including check-in/check-out and guest touchpoints.
  • Awareness of hotel products, packages, and onsite experiences to confidently inform and upsell.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and compliance procedures.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM platforms, and hotel management software.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles within hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer service-oriented environments.
